Is Wifi included?

Yes, quick as fibre internet.

Do I have to book a hotdesk or can I just turn up?

We are pretty busy these days, so its best to email in advance if you can, we can't guarentee a desk for you if you just turn up.

Can I take calls at my desk?

Absolutely, most of our residents take calls at their desks, and most people are wearing headphones during the work day. We have a meeting room available for booking, as well as couches you can park up on.

What hours are you open?

Our office hours are 8am - 5pm.

Residents have 24/7 access.

Can I host an event in the space?

While we have hosted pop ups, talks and other events in the past, our space has changed and we are no longer set up for this.

Merchandise FAQ

Do you ship everywhere, how much does it cost?

We ship across NZ and worldwide, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Our small team will get your order out within 5 days of being placed.

We aim for 2-3 day delivery within NZ, from time of order fulfillment.

International shipping will vary.

Will I get charged import taxes?

General Service has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. These customs charges can also cause delays. 

Are your tshirts unisex?

Yes! Our tshirts are all printed on AS tshirts, with a unisex and boxy fit.
Check the size guide on the product you're looking at.

Who designs your merch?

The GOAT, Vacation Studio. Our very own in-house design lord.

Will you be re-stocking *insert link to old t-shirt* ?

No sorry! We have done limited runs of all our our designs.
Same goes for past colour-ways of the Mt Roy, Aspiring and Alleyway designs.

Can I get a refund?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
